A Low-maintenance Landscape
Kappes Landscaping provided a full landscape complete with large red sunset maples for immediate impact and rhododendrons and hydrangeas for color. The front of the home blends in nicely with the already natural view out back, painted in an array of leafy greens, it’s a nature lover's dream come true. Alongside the drive, flowering trees such as Kousa Dogwood and a duo of Crabapples accent an area of the yard. Large boulders lend a natural feel, blending the landscape with its surroundings and the split-stone exterior. Flowering beds soften the lines of the home, while groundcovers soften the height, all subtly harmonizing the home with nature.

A Nostalgic Flair
Introducing a new product to the exterior of the home is Zylstra Door Inc. with wooden-looking carriage house garage doors by Coach House Inc. Lending an authentic old-world feel made modern due to their impact-resistant urethane construction, the doors are completely maintenance-free. Adorned in wrought-iron hardware and painted in the light grey shade of the barn-door style shutters, they work in unison to accent the home nicely. For a smoother operation, the carriage house doors have been fitted with the LiftMaster Professional line of garage door openers, also provided by Zylstra Door.
