Crack is whack, but free Cosmik Fries are dope.
HopCat is celebrating 12 years of serving award-winning food and craft beer with free Cosmik Fries, the tapping of rare craft beers, specialty menu items and the annual fries-eating contest Jan. 25.
“This 12-year milestone is a testament to our HopCat mission. Our passion for serving great food and beer to our loyal guests has only grown stronger since day one,” said Joe Sonheim, director of marketing for Barfly Ventures, which owns HopCat. “We are excited to celebrate this milestone with the guests who made these 12 years possible.”
Guests will be able to enjoy free Cosmik Fries between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the annual fry-eating contest will take place at 3 p.m. Rare craft beer selections will be specific to each HopCat location.
In addition to the anniversary celebration, Hopcat also will announce new and featured menu items launching at all locations Jan. 27. The menu introduces a permanent spot for “Decide the Fries” winner: shakshuka fries, along with the addition of funnel cake fries to the dessert menu.
More items include chicken and waffles and the honey Sriracha veggie bowl.
